Footage has emerged of the hilarious moment a young woman attempting to cut her own hair at home goes horribly wrong.

Nicole Cuerpo, believed to be from the Philippines, filmed herself in isolation trying to trim a fringe but instead she ends up with an uneven curtain of hair.

As she sat in front of a mirror, Nicole – who’s currently at home under quarantine during coronavirus lockdown – can be seen holding a pair of scissors in one hand and her long fringe in the other.

But before she could continue on with her trim, she realises she made a huge mistake after glancing at her own reflection in the mirror.

Despite the disaster, Nicole quickly saw the funny side and burst out laughing as she tried to figure out where she went wrong in the haircut.

In a second video, she can be seen sporting a new fringe after she managed to repair the damage by snipping off the uneven parts of her hair. 

‘Girls on quarantine be like: so far so good… Yes, I know I cut it wrong, I was impulsive and I regret everything,’ she said in a Facebook group, with more than 1.7 million followers.
